How to establish a Remote Support?
- Check if your computer is connected to the internet.
- Look up your WEVOSYS system ID. You will find this ID at the USB dongle pendant (5-digits)
- Contact WEVOSYS to arrange a date for a Remote Support (+49 9191 9778840, 9 am - 5 pm middle European time zone).
- Run our Remote Support application on your Computer
- Tell us system ID, remote ID and Password while calling our support.
