International Remote Support

With our remote control technology WEVOSYS can assist customer while using WEVOSYS programs on any computer around the world. You just have to start up a little application which does not even require an installation. We can establish instant connections to a customer’s computer over the internet within a minute, see what needs adjusting and give you instructions using a telephone.

 

 

How to establish a Remote Support?

  1. Check if your computer is connected to the internet.
  2. Look up your WEVOSYS system ID. You will find this ID at the USB dongle pendant (5-digits)
  3. Contact WEVOSYS to arrange a date for a Remote Support (+49 9191 9778840, 9 am - 5 pm middle European time zone).
  4. Run our Remote Support application on your Computer
  5. Tell us system ID, remote ID and Password while calling our support.
